Yes! Upload a photo with your order and the face will be cut from the background, applied to your chosen design and printed on the cooler. 

A clearly focused, front facing head and shoulders shot is ideal. Good lighting also helps. Ideally no other objects or faces should encroach on the main subject's face. If you require something different to the normal head and shoulders shot, please specify in the notes. Likewise if you supply a photo with more than one person, please indicate whether the other person(s) should be included on the design.  

Up to 10 business days. Can be faster in lead up to key events. Please see other FAQ's for deadlines for those events.

Unfortunately, we can’t provide a proof of your order because our designers have to personally set up your image and cut out your Dad's face. However, if there are any issues, we’ll send you an email requesting a new image!  

You should leave 5 business days for production and 3-5 business days for shipping. Because of COVID 19 even these times are guides only. SO if you order before 8th June there is a good chance it will get there. BUT there are no guarantees unfortunately. We do our best to get the design done within 2 days then to our local USA printers, and unfortunately cannot refund if its late. Order quickly!

Yes, we offer tracking for almost all of our products. Your tracking number will appear under your Order summary on the Orders page. 

No. Due to the custom nature of the product we cannot offer refunds and your order is final
